Provider Relations Representative
Your Impact:
- Develop, implement, and deliver engaging provider training programs to promote high-quality, compliant care delivery.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for healthcare providers, responding to inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
- Capture and analyze provider feedback and complaints to drive service recovery, improvement, and long-term satisfaction.
- Design, distribute, and evaluate provider surveys to gather actionable insights and inform continuous improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies (such as OHA and EQRO) to support compliance and readiness while ensuring providers meet all quality and performance standards.
- Track and report on key provider performance metrics, identifying opportunities for strategic alignment and network enhancements.
- Build and maintain strong provider relationships through ongoing communication, support, and resource sharing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for provider experience improvements in areas such as training, communications, and operational workflows.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to help drive our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Organization’s Values.
Your Credentials:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field—or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in provider relations, healthcare administration, health plan operations, or a related field.
- Experience working with medical or hospital-based insurance plans and healthcare regulatory requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and represent the organization professionally.
- Proven ability to resolve provider complaints and proactively identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Skilled in data collection, survey analysis, and performance reporting to drive insights and decision-making.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Self-starter with enthusiasm for collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivering a best-in-class provider experience.
