Human Resources Business Partner I
Umpqua Health is looking for a strategic, highly organized, and people-focused HR professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner in our People Operations department. A strong applicant will have a seasoned HR background, strong organization and administrative skills, and commitment to providing excellent customer service all.
In this role, you’ll work closely with leaders of the organization, Community Stakeholders, and employees to drive initiatives that support growth, engagement, and a positive workplace culture.

POSITION PURPOSE |
The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to departmental leaders and managers, aligning business objectives with employees and HR initiatives. The HRBP acts as an advisor and liaison on human resource-related issues, including talent acquisition, performance management, and general HR services that reflect the business objectives of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive HR strategy and solutions within a dynamic, evolving environment. |
