POSITION PURPOSE |
The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to departmental leaders and managers, aligning business objectives with employees and HR initiatives. The HRBP acts as an advisor and liaison on human resource-related issues, including talent acquisition, performance management, and general HR services that reflect the business objectives of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive HR strategy and solutions within a dynamic, evolving environment. |
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Collaborate with departments to understand strategic goals and translate them into HR initiatives that support growth and employee engagement.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to managers and employees on HR policies, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Facilitate talent acquisition for assigned departments, collaborating with departmental hiring managers to ensure workforce planning and talent needs are met.
- Guide and assist department managers with the performance review processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Partner with HR specialists in areas such as compensation, benefits, learning & development, and DE&I to implement enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Lead and support change management initiatives, helping to ensure successful adoption and communication of organizational changes as requested.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Champion a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging within the business unit.
- Comply with organization’s internal policies and procedures, Code of Conduct, Compliance Plan, along with applicable Federal, State, and local regulations.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS |
Minimum Qualifications- Combination of associate’s degree, experience working in Human Resources or SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR required.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a business partner or advisory role preferred.
- Proven experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- No suspension/exclusion/debarment from participation in federal health care programs (eg. Medicare/Medicaid)
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies and best practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Experience considering the impacts of the work on multiple communities, including communities of color, in technical analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bi-lingual translation or translation capabilities preferred
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office suite No suspension/exclusion/debarment from participation in federal health care programs (e.g. Medicare/Medicaid Proficient computer skills, including MS Office suite. - Experience considering the impacts of the work on multiple communities, including communities of color, in technical analysis.
- Experience working on a diverse team with different communication styles.
- Bi-lingual translation or translation capabilities a plus

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK CONDITIONS |
- A typical office environment requires standing, sitting, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 plus pounds.
- Ability to travel and drive to in-person meetings or be on-site as required.
- May be exposed to patient and environment conditions such as unpleasant sights, smells and contagious diseases (clinic only).
