DEPARTMENT | People Operations | WORK LOCATION | Onsite 3-4 /Hybrid 1-2 days week |
POSITION PURPOSE |
The People Operations Project Manager is responsible for overseeing both technical and operational projects aimed at improving organizational efficiency, enhancing employee experience, and achieving strategic objectives. This role requires strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple complex projects from initiation to completion while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities. The Project Manager plays a critical role in driving organizational success. This position requires an understanding of Human Resource Operations, technology and a desire to lead and manage employee engagement committees, events and technology and additional HR tasks. |
